Terms & Service Policy

Service Days

Standard service days are Monday–Thursday. Weekend service is limited and by request only.

Route-Day Scheduling

Scheduling is route-based — we typically group 3–5 generator units per service day to keep pricing fair and service consistent. We do not guarantee a fixed arrival time. We confirm the service day and arrival window by your selected contact method, typically 24–48 hours prior and again day-of.

Scheduling Deposit

A $50.00 scheduling deposit is required to reserve route space. The deposit is applied to your total invoice. The deposit is 95% refundable if cancelled before the confirmed service day/arrival window (5% is retained to cover incurred processing fees). No-access or no-show may forfeit the deposit due to reserved route space and travel costs.

Pricing

$349.99 covers standard annual maintenance per unit. Additional parts or repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before any work beyond the standard service is performed.

Access & Site Conditions

Customer must provide safe access to the generator — clear pathway, pets secured, gate codes provided in advance, or lockbox available. If access is unavailable at the time of arrival, service may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply. See the Liability Release for full access terms.

Weather, Safety & Emergencies

We may reschedule for severe weather, unsafe site conditions, equipment failure, or personal emergencies. If we reschedule, your deposit rolls forward to the next available route day — no penalty to you.

Travel Outside Core Zone

Outside-zone visits (beyond the approximately 3-hour service ring) are scheduled when grouped work exists in that area. Travel surcharges may apply and will be disclosed before scheduling is confirmed.

Warranty Work

We focus on retail maintenance and repair. We do not process manufacturer warranty claims — those must be handled through the original dealer or manufacturer's service channel.

Changes to These Terms

Wired Up Brothers LLC reserves the right to update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your booking deposit governs that service engagement.

Liability Release

Unattended Access Authorization

By checking the unattended access box, you authorize Wired Up Brothers LLC and its technicians to access your property and perform annual generator maintenance without your presence. You confirm that safe access to the generator will be available at the scheduled arrival time.

Property Readiness

You agree to ensure the following before the technician arrives:

  • A clear, unobstructed path to the generator
  • All pets secured indoors or otherwise away from the work area
  • Any required gate codes, lockbox combinations, or access instructions provided in advance (include them in the Notes field on your booking)
  • The generator is accessible and not blocked by vehicles, debris, or standing water

Access Failure & Trip Charge

If a technician arrives at the scheduled time and cannot safely access the generator — locked gate with no code provided, no pathway, unsafe conditions, or similar — the visit may be counted as a no-access call. A trip charge may apply and the service may be rescheduled to the next available route day. The scheduling deposit is not refunded in a no-access situation.

Pre-Existing Equipment Conditions

Wired Up Brothers LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, or failures in your generator, transfer switch, fuel system, or related equipment that are discovered during or after service. We will inform you of any issues found and provide a quote for additional work. No repair work beyond the standard annual maintenance is performed without your explicit approval.

Limitation of Liability

Wired Up Brothers LLC's liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to power outages, equipment failure after service, or losses resulting from a generator not functioning as expected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wired Up Brothers LLC and its technicians from any claims, damages, or costs arising from: inaccurate access information provided by you, pre-existing equipment defects, or your failure to maintain safe site conditions.

Weather & Emergency Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule any service visit due to severe weather, unsafe site conditions, or emergencies without liability. Your deposit rolls forward to the rescheduled date.
