Why is scheduling route-based instead of exact appointment times?
We group 3β5 generators per route day to keep pricing fair and service consistent.
Instead of promising exact times (traffic and travel can disrupt), we confirm the service day and provide an arrival window.
What does the $50 scheduling deposit cover?
The deposit reserves route space and protects travel/route costs. It is applied to your total invoice.
It is refundable only if canceled 48+ hours before the confirmed service day/arrival window.
How will I know when you're coming?
We confirm the service day and arrival window by your selected contact method, typically 24β48 hours prior and again day-of.
Do you work weekends?
Standard service days are MondayβThursday. Weekend service is limited and by request.
Do you handle warranty work?
We focus on retail maintenance and repair. Manufacturer warranty claims must be processed through the original dealer/manufacturer channel.
What if I'm outside the 3-hour service ring?
We can travel outside the ring when there's grouped work in your area. If you can bundle multiple units or neighbors,
that helps us build a full route day.
How long does annual maintenance take?
Most annual maintenance visits take about 45β90 minutes per unit depending on brand, size, and site conditions.
